Conducting a House/Office Blessing is a significant act to dedicate your house/office to God, inviting His presence and Lordship into your home/business.

Please Note:

1. The blessing will be conducted where all homeowner(s)/business owner(s) are Christians.

2. All household occupants or business owner(s) are required to be present during the house/office blessing.

3. The House/Office Blessing will only be conducted once, preferably after renovation.

4. Submit this form at least one month before your ideal date for the House/Office Blessing.

List occupants/business owners in the following format: Name, relationship, Christian/Others. Type "NA", if you are the sole occupant/owner.
