Accountant
  • You will prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards, as well as compute GST returns, ensuring compliance with payment, reporting and other tax requirements.
  • You are required to implement and document recordkeeping and accounting systems, making use of current Financial system and computer technology, prepare monthly management reporting, financial analysis, balance sheet schedules, fixed assets register and follow up on outstanding items.
  • You are required to assist in year-end closing and audit process, review and drive process implementation within the team.
  • You will also provide support and assistance to Finance Manager to oversee daily operations of the department.
 
Admin Executive
  • You will need to cover administrative duties in procurement, payments, and contract management, including records management of vendors.
  • You will also need to coordinate and liaise with users, vendors and support staff for events in the church properties, including handling of enquiries and feedbacks.
  • You are required to assist Estates Manager in budgeting and management of budget.
  • You should possess at least ‘O’ level or equivalent and have at least 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in administrative management.
  • You must be able to work on weekends and public holidays when required.
 
Audio Executive
  • You will plan, set up and operate audio equipment for productions, services and events, in and out of Church. You will be required to do different forms of recording (location, multitrack, 2-track music recording, live and studio etc.), and edit and upload post-produced materials as well.
  • You will liaise with external and internal users as well as contractors when needed. You are also required to ensure maintenance of Audio systems.
  • You should have training and knowledge in Audio with relevant experience in similar technical environments, and preferably be trained in electronics. You should be able to work on weekends.
 
Business Analyst
  • You will interact with Trinity’s stakeholders to understand ministry policies and needs, and gather, document and analyze requirements. You will also design technical solutions to meet ministry needs and craft supporting technical documents.
  • You are required to collaborate with the developer to set up technical solutions, oversee the User Acceptance Testing as well as the implementation of technical solutions.
  • You should have at least 3 years of relevant experience and possess good communication and interpersonal skills. 
 
Broadcast Communications Executive (Digital Media)
  • You will need to develop digital media campaign, generate creative copies and visuals, and post content in line with church life, messaging and various projects.
  • You will be responsible for increasing audience engagement.
  • You should possess a good command of English language and creative copywriting skills.
 
Broadcast Content Producer
  • You will produce branded content for TrinityBroadcast.tv channels. You will also generate, brainstorm and develop shareable social content and ideas for broadcast platforms.
  • You are required to collaborate with external agencies or freelancers if more specialized skills are needed. You are required to do basic copywriting and editing and have a strong pulse of cultural conversations and understanding of trends.
  • You must have videography and photography experience. You must also have at least 1 year experience in agency as creative, content strategist, or content producer.
  • You should be proficient in Adobe Premier Pro, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator etc.
 
Broadcast Engineer (Audio)
  • You will support the creation and production of content for broadcast and the Church.
  • You are required to mix audio for live broadcast and manage asset for broadcast. You are also required to edit and produce audio & video content for web and mobile platforms.
  • You will need to liaise with vendors & internal stakeholders on requirements, maintain budget, equipment stores and audio systems.
  • You should have at least 2 years of relevant experience and be proficient in written and spoken English.
 
Broadcast Front End Developer
  • You will determine the structure and design (UI/UX) of web pages and ensure good user experience in design choices.
  • You will develop features to enhance the user experience and strike a balance between functional and aesthetic design. You will also ensure web design is optimized for smartphones.
  • You will need to build reusable code for future use and create web pages for maximum speed and scalability. You will also need to utilize a variety of mark up languages to write web pages and maintain brand consistency throughout design.
  • You should have at least 3 years of relevant experience and exposure to broadcast/media industry. You should also be proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript and jQuery.
 
Broadcast IT Engineer
  • You will maintain specialist equipment for video production, broadcast and satellite transmission and interactive media. You will also set up and monitor audiovisual links between units in different locations.
  • You are required to install and test new facilities and equipments. You are also required to set up and operate editing facilities in post-production suites.
  • You will need to analyze and repair technical faults on equipments and systems and minimize loss of service when equipment fails by identifying and implementing alternative methods of service provision. You will also need to set up and operate equipments and transmission links.
  • You should be able to design, install custom audiovisual circuits, hardware and systems.
 
Corporate Communications Executive (Digital Media)
  • You will need to ideate, develop digital media strategies/campaigns, generate creative copies and visuals, and post content in line with church life, corporate messaging and various projects. 
  • You will be responsible for increasing audience engagement and analysing social media campaigns to determine efficacy. You will also be responsible for the managing of all digital media platforms, including the moderation and facilitation of live video streams.
  • You will oversee and train a volunteer team for social media coverage.
  • You should enjoy working in a dynamic environment and thrive under challenges, and be able to work on weekends.
 
Corporate Communications Executive (Video Producer)
  • You will be responsible to storyboard, produce and oversee all aspects of video production, which includes conceptualizing, scripting, filming, presenting, video editing and basic audio balancing.
  • You will work with various teams to brainstorm and create video content for services, productions, publicity, education and the envisioning of the church.
  • You will oversee and train a volunteer team for social media coverage.
  • You should possess a strong command of English, a passion for good storytelling and clever copywriting skills.
  • You should be skilled in software applications such as Autodesk Maya, Cinema 4D, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Flash, Premiere Pro and Final Cut Pro.
 
Finance Manager
  • You will provide leadership to the Finance Department in managing the financial operations of the organization in compliance with regulatory requirements and the Charities Code of Governance.
  • You will also review, develop and implement sound financial policies, processes and procedures and ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal control requirements.
  • You are required to conduct strategic planning, prepare and submit cash flow planning, budget and analysis for the Board’s approval, as well as financial declarations to government and approved bodies.
  • You are required to assist in the design and set up of electronic payment systems and related financial and governance policies.
  • You are also required to assist the Treasurer, Audit Committee Chair and Investment Committee Chair in all accounting, financial, audit and investment matters and provide secretariat support to the Finance Committee, Investment Committee and Audit Committee.
  • You should have a good understanding of Code of Governance, Charities Accounting & FRS and have the knowledge of computerized accounting.
  • You should also have good leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
 
Lighting & Staging Executive 
  • You will plan, set up and operate lighting equipment, as well as staging and fly systems for productions, services and recordings, in and out of Church.  You will be required to design and program lighting, staging and fly systems for all venues and events.
  • You will liaise with external and internal users as well as contractors when needed.  You are also required to ensure maintenance of lighting, staging and fly systems.
  • You should have training and knowledge in Lighting with relevant experience in similar technical environments, and preferably be trained in electronics.  You should be able to work on weekends.
 
Ministry Executive
  • You will provide comprehensive administrative assistance in the operations of the church to serve the congregation.
  • You will also provide general administrative support to various pastoral ministries, language and specialized ministries.
  • You should be proficient in Microsoft Office, have good communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work on weekends.
 
Motion Graphic Designer 
  • You will design, create, edit and produce 2D motion graphics & general graphic content for the Church’s broadcast video content.
  • You are required to manage graphic library and relevant video assets.
  • Knowledge of basic video editing is an advantage.
 
Project Administrator (Building)
  • You will provide all forms of administrative assistance to the Building Project Team. You will maintain proper filing, record and accuracy of all documents such as contracts, project drawings, material samples, brochures and specifications.
  • You will also organize, coordinate, participate and follow up on meetings with the Building Project Team and external parties.
  • You are required to manage procurement, execution and payment to direct contracts appointed by Trinity.
  • You are also required to prepare and edit minutes, reports and documents, as well as ensure due follow through on outstanding matters.
  • You should have a Diploma preferably in Building or equivalent or at least ‘A’ Levels qualifications.
  • You must be able to work beyond regular hours (e.g. meetings during weekends or nights) due to the nature of the building project and you will be stationed to work on the project site.
 
Project Executive
  • You will support the Business Analyst to gather, document and analyze requirements for the project.
  • You will support the Business Analyst to conduct User Acceptance Testing and in all other project needs.
  • You should have at least a Degree, have strong administrative skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
 
Senior Ministry Executive
  • You will assist the Church Operations Manager to oversee the operations and processes in the Church Operations Department.
  • You are required to evaluate and streamline processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness, and ensure due follow through for duties and projects assigned.
  • You should be proficient in Microsoft Office, have good communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work on weekends.
 
Solutions Architect
  • You will build and integrate information systems to meet the company’s needs. You will also assess the systems architecture currently in place and work with technical staff to recommend solutions to improve it.
  • You are required to continually research on current and emerging technologies and propose changes where needed. You are also required to inform various stakeholders about any problems with the current technical solutions being implemented.
  • You should have relevant experiences in engineering, software architecture design and have in-depth understanding of coding languages (Java, JavaScript).

Video Engineer
  • You will need to provide technical support and maintenance of video equipment in line with the direction of the Church for church events and live productions.
  • You will be responsible for the installation, operation, maintenance, and repair of projection equipment for events and live productions. You will also be responsible for setting up and operating video systems, such as video broadcast equipment and recording devices, installation and configuration of specific systems.
  • You will need to maintain inventory and storage of video equipment, as well as organize and maintain compliance, license, and warranty information. You will also need to assist in the training of volunteers and end-users in the system.
  • You should have experience in live-production or video production and should be able to work on weekends. Basic electronics foundation is an advantage. 
 
Video Editor (Broadcast)
  • You should have an artistic flair, creativity and passion for video production.
  • You will be responsible to storyboard, edit and produce creative content for broadcast.
  • You are also required to support the production of video when required.
  • Competent in relevant software such as Adobe Premiere.

Programme Coordinator (Student Care Centre) – Part-Time Contract / Flexible Work Hours Per Week
  • You are required to conduct after-school activities, character development and fun-learning programme for children (7-12 years old) that will nurture and help them discover their potential, and provide supervision and guidance in their school work.
  • You should have the passion to reach out to and empower children, especially those from disadvantaged backgrounds and you are able to build good rapport with children, parents and volunteers.
  • You should have relevant experience working with children and you are a self-motivated team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

SGUnited Traineeship - Volunteer Executive 
  • You are required to support in the volunteer management developmental process of a new volunteer centre which includes establishing the volunteer process of recruitment, training and development pathways, deployment and enrolment, retention and recognition.
  • You will provide support in the evidence-based approaches, necessary evaluation and all critical reporting processes under the Volunteer Centre, in facilitating effective partnership with all stakeholders in the volunteer ecosystem, and in developing and strategizing operationalization plans to outreach and market opportunities for both volunteers and partners.
  • You will collaborate with social service organisations, community stakeholders, corporate partners and agencies for volunteer partnerships, and maintains networks with local community services and grassroots organisations.
  • You are to attend to all enquiries and administration required for the Volunteer Centre, including data management, report submissions.
  • You are to ensure all enquiries are given timely follow through and attention. It includes screening, assessing, matching and conducting orientation between volunteers and the agency they are assigned to.

  • You are required to develop the recruitment strategy for volunteers and the reactivation strategy for passive volunteers.

  • You are to evaluate volunteer management policies and processes and leads their implementation.
